Guide to use : Water Drink Reminder - Hydration and Water Tracker

  • Run Your application first time : Fill Your basic details like : Your Gender, Weight, Your Wake Up & sleep time.
  • Click on Next button after fill your basic details.
  • After fill your basic details you will come on your home screen here your cup size and your target to drink water in full day.
  • Click on your cup if you drink water.
  • To set your cup size click on reset icon that show at right side of cup.
  • After click on reset button you can easily set your cup size.
  • Click on cup size and click on ok button.
  • You can also give customize your cup size click on it and customize your cup size.
  • Click on next tab History :
  • Here you can track your monthly and yearly routine.
  • Change tab to year if you want to track yearly routine. 
  • click on month tab if you want to track monthly routine.
  • Click on next tab Setting :
  • Here you can customize your application setting like your basic details, goal and water reminder time etc.
  • Click on Adjust Intake Goal button and change or adjust intake goal.
  • Click on set water reminder time and change your reminder time if you want to change the reminder time.
  • After change click on save button to save your changes.
